Our client a major Tier 1 Main Contractor in Central London, are currently looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their bid team.
The Role:
As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction team, supporting the bid and proposals process from start to finish. You will work closely with a bid manager, estimators, and technical teams to deliver compelling, high-quality submissions that secure major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing bid documentation and ensuring all requirements are met
- Coordinating submission deadlines and liaising with internal teams
- Editing and formatting bid responses to maintain high presentation standards
- Supporting the bid writing process, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Researching clients and projects to tailor responses effectively
- Assisting in post-bid reviews and lessons learned processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in bid coordination, ideally within the construction or built environment sector
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
- A team player with a keen eye for detail
