Are you a dynamic Business Development Manager with a passion for high-end kitchens, bathrooms, furniture and luxury natural stone products? Our client is seeking an ambitious and results-driven professional to drive sales, expand client relationships, and grow market presence in the luxury interiors sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, designers, architects, and developers.
- Proactively generate and qualify new business leads, converting them into long-term clients.
- Conduct showroom consultations and site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and natural stone applications.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while delivering an exceptional 5-star client experience.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of sales and client interactions.
- Assist with showroom management, networking events, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement and digital campaigns
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the high-end kitchen, bath, or luxury interiors industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of luxury materials, natural stone, cabinetry, furniture and bespoke interior design solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and a willingness to engage in social media marketing efforts.
- Existing network of architects, designers, and high-end residential clients is a plus.
