The Role:

Are you a talented architect with a passion for design and an eye for detail? We are seeking an experienced architect to join their team in Miami, offering the opportunity to work on exciting, high-end projects.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Advanced Revit expertise and ideally proficiency in other architectural software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Navisworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
  • Working across US and Caribbean markets, you will need to demonstrate a proven ability to produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation (CD architecture), permitting and CA.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. building codes, including local and international standards applicable to large-scale developments.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with engineers, and overseeing quality assurance with consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Strong capabilities in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and 3D design.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.
  • The ability to lead BIM initiatives, establish standards, and drive digital design practices would be advantageous.
  • Experience working for leading architecture firms, who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Graduate from US NAAB or Canadian Accredited education program. Licensed or on path to licensure.

Compensation and Location:

  • This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000–$150,000 per year (W2 agreement), based in our office in the heart of Miami.
