The Company:
A leading international steel fabrication company operating in Bahrain.
The Role:
- Understand company’s product and services and can achieve the sales targets as per company’s revenue budgets.
- Able to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base, revenue and ensure it’s strong presence within targeted business sector and industries.
- Able to attain pre-qualification of company’s product & services and registered them with end users, clients, EPC, regulators, and consultants as applicable within various industries and sectors.
- Able to analyze industry’s demand/supply requirements of current and future products, follow customer’s business analytics and make appropriate recommendation accordingly.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
- Able to market the company’s product and services through mainstream and social media, organize/attend local and regional industry’s fair, exhibitions and conferences across the region.
- Monitor, review and report progress on all sales, business development and marketing.
Required Experience:
- Experience working in a similar capacity, managing business development and technical sales of Process Equipment, Pressure Vessels, Skids, Modules and other heavy steel fabrication.
- Experience in GCC within the oil and gas, power/energy or aluminium sector is must.
- Extensive knowledge of GCC business methods and markets with relevant product and industry knowledge.
- Degree qualified in Technology / Mechanical Engineering, ideally with a Master’s in Business Administration.
