The Company:
International Construction Group operating globally and responsible for delivering a multitude of prestigious civil engineering and building projects across the Middle East and Africa over the last 25 years.
The Role:
As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest quality standards on a prestigious high-speed rail project in Egypt. The role requires a strong focus on quality control, and strict safety protocols, in line with the client’s stringent requirements. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a critical infrastructure project to the highest standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control on the high-speed rail project.
- Ensure compliance with all client-specific QAQC standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement QAQC strategies and processes to ensure seamless quality management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working on high-speed rail projects.
- Trackwork experience is a must.
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
- Strong background in quality management systems and quality control processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
