Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate cost calculations, estimations, and budgets for construction projects.
• Analyse project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost-saving measures and value engineering opportunities.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate cost analysis and pricing.
• Prepare and evaluate tender packages, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
