Position Overview:
Reporting to the Contracts/Commercial Manager you will help oversee the Contracts, Commercial and Procurement function across the Group of Companies. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring profitability and driving growth opportunities for the Group in one of the most relaxed Gulf States.
Responsibilities:
- Contract management and contract administration.
- Cost plans and cost estimation.
- Project Planning and Scheduling.
- Tender documentation and tender evaluation.
- Interim payments, variations claim, EOT claims and final accounts.
- Sub-contractor management and Procurement.
- Cost Budgeting, Cost analysis, negotiations and recommendations.
- Cost value reconciliation, Monthly cost report & CTC.
- Value Engineering.
- Measurements and BOQ.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a commercial management role within a Tier 1 contractor.
- Middle East experience is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Software knowledge of Plan Swift, AutoCAD, CostX v7.1, MS Office, Blue Beam.
- PMP or MRICS would be advantageous.
